So the hospital asked if I wanted “Mom’s Meals” which is kinda like Meals on Wheels, not one to refuse a free offer, heck, it’s my insurance money paying for it, I accept and thus far have had two huge boxes of food with big ice packs. Saving the ice packs for Maine trips, and the boxes, one has to clean the refrigerator and freezer to put away all these great delights. They ship it from the mid-west (???, I mean, really?) Unfreezing the French Toast and Omelet yesterday it was this mornings meal with this sugar free plant based Maple syrup thing, which is actually quite delicious.
